The basis on which we quote for and carry out work.
Draft text. Have it reviewed against Bulgarian and EU requirements, and add the registered company details, before the site goes live.
Quotes
A price given from photographs is indicative. The final price is confirmed once we have seen the glass or the surface in person.
A quote covers the film and the areas named in it. Anything added later is quoted separately.
The glass and the surface underneath
Film is applied to sound glass and sound surfaces. Failed sealed units, existing cracks, water damage, flaking paint and loose laminate will affect the result and can cause the film to lift.
Where we find a problem we tell you before we start, and you decide how to proceed.
Film performance
Technical figures, light transmission, solar energy rejection, UV rejection, glare reduction. Are the film manufacturer's published values for a specific product.
We pass those figures on as published. They describe the film, not a guaranteed outcome for your glass or your building.
Warranty
Any manufacturer warranty on a film is set by that manufacturer and applies on its own terms.

Curing and aftercare
Newly fitted film needs time to cure. Slight haze, small water pockets and a soft feel are normal at first and settle on their own.
We give aftercare instructions at handover. Following them is what keeps the finish looking the way it did on the day.
Glass suitability
Not every film suits every pane. Toughened glass, laminated glass and sealed double glazing each place limits on what can safely be applied, and the wrong combination can lead to thermal stress.
We check the glass type, thickness and orientation before recommending a film, and we will say no where a film is not suitable.
